Almost… While not there yet, the First Foundation

Almost…

While not there yet, the First Foundations Academy is close to being open. This picture represents over 200 pages of documents submitted to the Department of Early Care and Learning, plans, teacher handbooks, parent handbooks, floor plans, diapering plans, napping plans, eating plans, handwashing plans, emergency plans... It represents countless volunteer hours of praying, meeting, talking, cleaning, and planning. It represents a list of over 50 interested families. It represents an acknowledgement of the need in the community. It represents community partners who believe in what we’re doing. Now it’s our time to make those who gave their time and their talents and their treasures proud.

We’re not there yet. But we are close. Soon. We did not get here alone and we will not go forward alone.

We still need your help. As we get closer to opening, we are still looking for some qualified, compassionate, and loving teachers so that we can begin to welcome families and children. While we are still waiting for DECAL, we anticipate big things happening soon. If you know of someone who may be interested in working with us, please send them this website below, or have them reach out to Jeanne Jones, the Director of First Foundations Academy.
